MakeHDR converts standard photos and video into HDR — gain-map Ultra HDR photos and BT.2020 HDR video — processed locally on your device.
Plans
You can try MakeHDR with a watermark on your downloads. A single one-time purchase ($24.99) removes the watermark and includes unlimited photo and video conversions, bulk download, and the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps at no extra cost. There is no subscription. Web purchases are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; purchases made inside the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps are processed by Apple. The purchase is one-time and lasts for the lifetime of the product. Existing subscriptions from before this change remain active until the end of their billing period and can be cancelled anytime.
Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Email support@makehdr.com. If you ask Apple for a refund on a purchase made inside the app, Apple may ask us for consumption data before deciding. By purchasing, you consent to us sending Apple how much of the product your account used and our position on the request — your photos and video never leave your device, so there is nothing else we could send.
Your content
Your photos and video are yours. Since processing happens on your device, we never receive, store, or claim any rights over your files.
Acceptable use
Don't abuse the service (automated scraping, reselling access, or attempting to disrupt the platform).
Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. HDR display and playback depend on the viewer's device and software.
