    Get MakeHDR from the App Store on your Mac and sign in with your Pro or Lifetime account — the same one you use on the web.

    Drop your 4K clip

    Drag the SDR video in, pick PQ or HLG and your HDR strength. There's no resolution cap — it converts at the source's full 4K.

    Export and reveal

    The app encodes with Apple VideoToolbox to a 10-bit HEVC MOV beside your source, then reveals it in Finder.
