No. There's no AI in the conversion — no generation, no upscaling, no alteration. It only computes a standards-based Ultra HDR gain map (ISO 21496-1) from the pixels you already have, so your render stays exactly as you made it.

Does it work with Midjourney, DALL·E and Stable Diffusion?

Yes. Any finished PNG or JPEG works — export from Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT or any tool, then drop it in.

Will it change the look of my art?

No. The SDR base is preserved exactly; HDR only adds headroom to the highlights, so on standard screens it looks identical and on HDR screens the bright areas shine.
